Commercial Swimming Pool and Spa Service
CHOOSE YOUR POOL SERVICE PACKAGE:
First, there is FULL SERVICE. Here we do and provide everything. Every week, either 2 or 3 times depending on the volume of the pool or spa and typical usage projections, we will:
- Test water chemistry, update required logsheets, add necessary chemicals. Contracted pool or spa price includes all chemicals EXCEPT STABILIZER, which is billed separately.
- Backwash/clean pool filters…as needed. As needed means when flow( from flowmeter) is below required rate or load on pump,( indicated through vacuum gauge) is too high.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on pumps/filters/chemical feeders, etc. with prior approval
- Brush walls/floors to remove any spot outbreaks of algae, etc. as required.
- Vacuum the swimming pool and /or spa to remove particulate debris as required.
- Clean perimeter tile and remove debris from gutter troughs. Additionally, we will remove any spot outbreaks of algae on the underside of the coping.
Pricing for full service is determined by: the size and number of pools/spas, the frequency of service visits and any special access/hours requirements.
Second, there is CHEM-SERVICE: Here we perform items 1,2, and 3 above. We test your water, add necessary chemicals and clean the filters, as well as. maintain your equipment. You/your staff clean the swimming pool and/or spa as required.
Pricing is based on: the size and number of pools/spas, the frequency of service visits and any special access/hours requirements.
Third, There is ON CALL SERVICE: Here, we serve as your repair partner to ensure your swimming pool and/or spa stays operational, especially when something breaks Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. We are also available to address items raised by the Health Dept. inspectors.
Finally, you tell us. We will work with you to design a CUSTOM service package just for your needs.
